Welcome to Wixware

Thanks for using our products and services ("Services"). By using our Services, you're trusting us with your information. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect and why we collect it. We use your personal information only for providing and improving our services.

Information from website browsers

If you're just browsing our website, we collect the same basic information that most websites collect, using common internet technologies such as cookies and web server logs. We collect this information from everybody, whether they have an account with us or not.

The information we collect from visitors to our website includes the visitor's browser type, internet protocol (IP) address, referring site, language preference, and the date and time of each visitor request.

Information Wixware does not collect

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as social security numbers, genetic data, health information, or religious information.

If you're a child under the age of 13, you may not have an account on the website or any of our services. Wixware does not knowingly collect information from or direct any of our website or content specifically to children under 13. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under the age of 13, we will close the child's account.

Please see our Terms of Service for information about account termination.

Cookies and tracking technologies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. We use cookies to help us identify and track visitors, their usage of the website, and their website access preferences. Disabling browser cookies may cause certain features of Wixware's website to not function properly.

We use third-party tracking services, but we don't use these services to track you individually or collect your personally-identifiable information. We use these services to collect information about how the website performs and how users navigate through and use the website so we can monitor and improve our content and website performance.

Data retention and deletion

Wixware will retain your information for as long as needed to perform our contractual obligations, provide you services through the website, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, preserve legal rights, or enforce our agreements. We will delete inactive accounts after a period of twelve (12) months.
